Job Description
Support and drive the strategy and roadmap for automated controls for incident detection and response
Manage, develop and continuously improve tools for incident detection and response
Identify high-risk attack paths and create automated detection mechanisms
Partner with engineering teams to continuously improve detection mechanisms throughout the Dynatrace product and services
Ensure central visibility into relevant log sources and events
Drive, design and develop dedicated services for processing and alerting on detected critical security events
Automate and continuously optimize incident handling workflows
Ensure fast feedback for engineering teams or automated reaction to detected incidents
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as Software Engineer, Security Engineer or similar (Java, Python, API-design, …)
Passion for end-to-end software development, including design and deployment automation (CI/CD tools, Jenkins, Gradle, …)
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, K8s)
Knowledge of incident detection and response tools is a plus
Familiarity with computer and network security concepts
Hands-on team player with an "automate everything" mindset
Visionary and proactive person of action who loves challenges and interacting with stakeholders across teams and disciplines

Compensation and rewards
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 45,500 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
