We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CTO / Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of leading successful technology teams.

These are your responsibilities:
Independent planning, organization and execution of projects
Support and solution-oriented advice for our clients
Interface to the internal specialist departments in operational implementation
Employee planning
Budget responsibility
Calculation and preparation of offers according to internal cost forecasts and resource availabilities
Achievement of customer & project goals
Ongoing contribution to the constant optimization of our quality assurance processes
Work with the CEO and COO to develop and implement a technical strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals
You should bring that with you:
Experienced use of project management tools
Good knowledge of PHP, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Wordpress, OctoberCMS, DevOPS, Azure
Proof of handling standard libraries (eg: jQuery, REST, Bootstrap, etc.)
Knowledge of SQL
Experience in dealing with agile workflows
Completed training, for example in media informatics
Professional experience as an account or project manager with a digital focus
Very good knowledge of English
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
High level of consulting and negotiation skills as well as implementation and conclusion strength
Strong communication and leadership skills
