We are looking for az expreienced UX/UI designer with strong English and German knowledge.
Tasks
You are significantly involved in the design and implementation of a new consulting tool
Overall responsibility for the user experience of the product with a broad scope for creativity
Close cooperation with our internal and external customers
Developing relevant customer journeys based on user behavior and needs of the target group
You develop approaches from rough ideas, which you refine incrementally
Analysis of existing processes and re-design with focus on usability, automation and digital end-to-end processing.
Support the team in translating UX concepts into clear requirements and user stories.
Collaborate in an agile, motivated team
Creation of wireframes, mock-ups, and clickdummies, as needed
Developing a style guide to ensure consistency of interactions in the product
Requirements
Structured and methodical approach to developing solution concepts.
Solution-oriented and agile thinking and acting
Proactive communication
Good analytical skills
Relevant professional experience as UI / UX Designerin or in a comparable position
Experience with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq)
With your international colleagues you communicate in German and English
Advantages
Understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS)
Experience in banking and/or insurance industry
Experience with design of a CRM / POS system
