Currently, we are looking for candidates to Research & Development Center

for a position of:

Advanced Web Software Engineer

Apply and grow together with us!

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Working on the design, implementation, and maintenance in Agile methodology
Designing and coding applications using advanced technologies for on premises and cloud applications using Spring Framework, Vaadin / React at frontend, etc.
Analyzing software requirements to determine feasible solutions within time and cost constraints
Collaborating with quality assurance engineers to understand problems, debug the application, and fix issues
Optimizing existing code

A good candidate should have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Web (and JAVA 8+) programming
Experience in Spring Boot 2.+ development
Experience in Spring Security 2.+
Experience in at least one test framework (Junit 5+ preferred)
Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, BITBUCKET, etc.)
Understanding of relational databases (via JPA/Hibernate and SQL)
Experience in at least one web container (Tomcat 9+ preferred / WILDFLY / NGINX)
Strong OOP Skills
Good understanding of Design Patterns and algorithms
Good English and German (native language) (written and verbal)
Logical thinking with the possibility to solve complex problems
Open mind and “can do” attitude
Strong ability to work in a team
Experience in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, AJAX based framework, JSP servlet
Dojo Framework
Micro services design

It will be beneficial to have:

Experience in RCP framework
Experience in PL/SQL
Experience in Maven or Gradle, Confluence, JIRA, and GIT
Kafka
