EyeTech Solutions, a recruitment company specialized in IT profiles, is looking for a Technical Lead | Application Development for our client in Luxembourg. This freelance position offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects in a professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing robust, efficient, scalable, and secure application and technical solutions, as well as coordinating the work of a team of developers.

Client Details
Our client is a rapidly expanding bank in Luxembourg that is focused on digitalization. They are looking for experienced professionals to help them design and implement innovative and efficient solutions.

Description
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Define robust, efficient, scalable, and secure application and technical solutions as part of the digitalization of the bank.
Participate in framing and architectural choices.
Define the evolutionary design of the solutions based on the architecture files, ensuring efficient, economical, and sustainable choices.
Build and enrich business/customer applications by intervening on all their layers (front, SOA, etc.), respecting code quality standards.
Be the technical referent for a team of developers, instruct a pro-active, dynamic, efficient interaction with IT collaborators.
Provide/Coordinate production support and incident management.
Participate in the development of developer skills, develop effective practices on the SDLC.

Profiles
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

Holder of a Bac+ 3 to BAC+5 in computer science or significant experience in application development.
Professional experience of at least 8 years in full-stack development or in a technical lead function.
Mastery of the Spring suite (Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Batch, etc.).
Mastery of a recent version of Angular Mastery of Contract First concepts (REST API) and tools/practices in this area.
Mastery of cloud-native concepts/tools (Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Ansible, CI/CD, GitLab, Sonar ...).
Good knowledge of Eclipse, VS Code, Maven, GIT, Sonar, NPM, Node.js tools.
Knowledge of application security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS, PKI, OWASP).
Excellent organizational skills (priority management and site planning).
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Critical and analytical mind.
Invested, engaged, and curious.
Proactive, autonomous, and proactive.
Inspirational, team spirit, and driver of collective performance.
Team spirit.
Excellent command of French and English, knowledge of Luxembourgish is also an asset.
