Definition and support of the development and maintenance of scalable buy now, pay later (BNPL) product solutions
Regular review of product performance/profitability and competitive features
Initiative of activities to improve and maintain high product quality and market competitiveness
Responsibility for innovation and end-to-end launch of our BNPL products
Collaboration with global commercial services partners and customers to develop roadmaps
Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
Continuous review of our business needs, refinement of priorities, outline milestones and deliverables
Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization
Develop, own, and execute a product roadmap
Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for your assigned product(s)
Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance

Qualifikationen
Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
Proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

Erfahrung
You're a BNPL expert with experience in the area of banking and payment institutions
4+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
Experience in driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g., dashboards, APIs, and real time alerts

Ausbildung
High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
