We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join our growing startup. You should have experience working in a startup environment, and ideally should have prior experience working in a finance startup or have extensive knowledge about trading. The Lead Developer will work with a designer and implement designs but will not be responsible for the design process. You will start as the sole developer and may potentially add interns later on.

In this role, you will:

Take ownership of a project end-to-end, including development, implementation, and deployment
Provide technical leadership to potentially junior members of the development team
Implement designs and ensure that they work correctly on both iOS and Android platforms
Work in a startup environment and be comfortable with a fast-paced development cycle
Ensure the quality of the code and adhere to best practices

Tasks

The Lead Developer will be responsible for the development of our mobile application, working with React Native to develop iOS and Android apps. You will also be responsible for end-to-end development, from conceptualizing new features and functionalities to implementation and deployment.

Requirements

Extensive experience developing mobile applications on iOS and Android with React Native
Experience in a finance startup or extensive knowledge of trading
Ability to take ownership of a project and be accountable for the outcome
Ability to mentor and grow junior members of the development team
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
