We are looking for you:

JIRA/Confluence Support Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, maintain and configure our JIRA and Confluence instances
Develop and implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards in JIRA and Confluence
Ensure that JIRA and Confluence are always up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally
Provide user support and training for JIRA and Confluence
Collaborate with other teams to integrate JIRA and Confluence with other tools and systems
Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices using JIRA and Confluence
Assist in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to support the application lifecycle management process
Manage and maintain Requirements Engineering and Test Management in JIRA (e.g. XRAY, R4J)
Assist with migration of JIRA Server to JIRA DataCenter/JIRA Cloud
Configure and maintain JIRA integrations with other tools, such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JIRA and its integrations with other tools and systems

YOUR PROFILE:

Strong technical knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, including their configuration and customization.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl to automate tasks and processes is seen as an advantage
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support customizations and integrations is seen as an advantage
Proven experience in customer support, with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and users, and to provide training and guidance.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional level in spoken and written language for English.
