Analyses customer needs and develops replies; negotiates with customers.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams.
Communicates overall design and approach to a team of programmers; creates flowcharts, diagrams, other models, and programming instructions to guide programming team.
Reviews requirement and designs changes, determines what parts of software are affected.
Collaborates with other IT specialists, technicians, etc., to deliver software solutions.
Is able to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.

Qualifikationen
Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well with people at all levels
Dedicated, motivated and reliable team player
Must be detail oriented, yet creative
Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills needed

Erfahrung
4+ years of related work experience
Proven experience in designing, delivering high-performance and reliable systems
Experience in sports betting, gambling or casino business is an advantage

Ausbildung
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree in computer science, software engineering is preferred
