What you’ll get to do
As our SaaS System Administrator (m/f/d) you will have technical responsability of our ZOHO SaaS systems and ensure that requirements from other departments as well as from the IT department are met.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!
Among other things you will:
Administrate, optimize and take ownership of SaaS applications (ZOHO) in the company
Help automize processes
Record and implement adjustments and new workflows
Establish the management of new and existing integrations
Create and maintain custom functions
Evaluate new applications
Ensure that needs from other departments are met.
Who you are:
You worked at least 1-2 years in a similar position before, or completed and adequate training
You have experience with the administration of SaaS applications (help desk, CRM, finance, analytic & reporting tools)
You have a talent for communication
You have an analytical mindset and you work solution-oriented
You are able to grasp the big picture and understand the interrelationships and / or processes of the company
You have some programming experience/knowledge
If you are experienced in Javascript it's an advantage
Experience with ZOHO applications is an advantage
You have perfect English skills (German is a plus)
Benefits
The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 32,200.- to € 42,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
