We are currently looking for an experienced Software Application Engineer (f/m/d) to provide design in and go to market support to strengthen our team in Graz.
Your Responsibilities
2nd level software support specialist for PTX Android support package
Support SDK specification and manage contributions to public Android repositories
Chip evaluation and demonstration SW development
Porting SDK platform layer to different system
Generate and review application notes, articles and presentations
Setup of technical product training for customers and internal staff
Involvement on all technical aspects of products in production, and therefore, being an integral part of the definition and development of future products
Staying up-to-date regarding latest Android versions/ developments
Are you the right person?
You bring a Master in Computer Science and several years industrial experience
You have solid state-of-the-art programming skills in C, C++, Java
You have experience in NFC/RFID protocols, standards and products
You have experience in development on Android and Embedded Linux Platforms
You are open for customer inputs, self-reflective and self-critical personality, good at customers
You are ready to travel (up to 25%)
You are able to work independently and as part of a team
You are willing to share your expert know-how within the team as well as with customers
Fluent in English – German skills are a plus

About us
Since 2014 we, Panthronics, have been working on the development of innovative products based on NFC technology, consisting of hardware and software. We were founded as a start-up in Graz, Austria and have further expanded our teams to APAC and North America in the past years.
