: EyeTech Solutions is currently seeking a freelance Integration Engineer with DevOps experience for our client in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or a related field, strong knowledge of Linux and experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and other cloud and containerization technologies.

Our client is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, offering cutting-edge software applications to clients worldwide. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking for a skilled Integration Engineer to join their dynamic team in Luxembourg.

Description
As an Integration Engineer, you will collaborate with development teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that support the development, testing, and deployment of software applications. You will also automate and streamline software development processes to reduce manual tasks, improve quality, and accelerate release cycles. Your tasks will include maintaining and further improving the build jobs, pipelines, and workflows in the Jenkins environment, ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of the infrastructure, and developing and maintaining scripts and tools to automate the configuration and deployment of applications. You will also troubleshoot issues with systems and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and impact on users, keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in DevOps, and make recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize application development and provide detailed estimates of work to ensure on-time delivery. You will be expected to document your part of the application technically.

Profiles
Candidate's Profile:

An academic degree in Computer Science or proof of equivalent working experience (several years in IT)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
Profound knowledge of Linux and strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and other cloud and containerization technologies.
Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, ...
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
Strong focus on IT-Security and relevant related skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with development teams.
Ability to take initiative, ownership, dig deep and get things done.

Very welcomed optional skills:

Work experience with our tooling pipeline: Gradle, Groovy, Jenkins Plugins, Pipeline as code, Kubectl, Helm, Istio, Kustomize, KPT, ArgoCD, Github actions, AWS
Knowledge of our technology stack: Java, React, Android/iOS native mobile development, GO.
Familiar with agile development cycles and the Atlassian Toolsuite.
A nice person with the sense of humor.

English (mandatory)
French or German (beneficial)
