We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Scrum Master to join the growing team of one of our client. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for in organizing and facilitating Agile/Scrum practices for their development team. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

Description
Scrum Master : Job Description
Assisting in organizing and facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members and other stakeholders
Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile/Scrum tools and techniques
Identifying and addressing project risks and issues

Profiles
Scrum Master : Profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in experience
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Offer
Scrum Master : Offer

A full-time permanent contract (CDI)
A gross salary of approximately 55k per year, which may vary based on your profile
You will receive meal vouchers worth 10.80 euros that can be used at any restaurant
The company also provides a car and fuel card for your convenience
You will be entitled to a pension plan of 100 euros per month
