You can learn more about the world of OMV below: Our business We are looking for Trainees in 4 different sales/retail related departments within our Fuels & Feedstock division:Trainee Business Development: OMV´s business development team drives the strategic and sustainable transformation of our value proposition for B2B customers through customer-centric innovation. As a Trainee you support projects to identify, develop and launch new sustainable products, services and business models. You analyze and build deep insights into our B2B customer segments, their future needs and potential business opportunities. You also support various international marketing, customer experience and digitalization activities. Trainee Pricing & Volume Management: OMV´s industrial sales pricing department is responsible for the setting of pricing strategy for our wholesale business, ensuring the optimal product distribution over the sales channels. You will get insights and contribute to the development of sales channel strategy for industrial sales & marketing products such as motor fuels, heating oil, and bitumen, by participating in different projects and activities. As a Trainee you will support developing and implementing pricing strategies, sales policies and standards for our product groups, as well as contribute to analyzing market dynamics impacting industrial sales and its customers. Trainee Fuel Card Pricing & Customer Analytics: OMV´s fuel card team within our retail business unit is responsible for our fuel and e-fuel B2B card business. You will get insight and support cards projects and customer offers development. Furthermore, you support card list price management in different OMV countries and monitor daily list price development as well as create management reports regarding portfolio profitability. As a Trainee you also act as support for card country management to develop, define and implement pricing strategies, discount policies and network segmentation and define and monitor pricing standards and KPIs. Trainee E-Mobility: OMV´s retail team, focusing on our e-Mobility business is responsible for setting up OMV´s international e-Mobility offering and is driven by the target to make OMV one of the major E-Mobility players in the CEE region. Take an active role and be engaged in the rollout of our state of the art charging hardware as well as in the implementation of a new backend system and customer app. Contribute to OMV´s overall international e-Mobility setup through supporting the implementation, management and testing of the backend system, remotely analyzing errors on the hardware, creating dashboards and reports as well as through the active communication of the results to internal and external stakeholders. Your profile:You preferably hold a university Degree Master/Diploma in Business Administration or similar economic studies or IT Ideally you gained first work experience with internships in the above-mentioned dedicated areas such as Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Data Analytics or IT You are a hands-on personality with strong communication and analytical skills You have commercial acumen and a customer/partner oriented personality You are strong with Excel and Power Point Being fluent in English compliments your profile, German of advantage Please indicate your preference of trainee position in your cover letter based on your interest, background of studies and internship experiences.
