Our client creates solutions for public charging. Their products, which come in the form of apps or head units for automobiles, give users access to several networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and make it simple and frictionless for owners of electric vehicles to locate, use, and pay for charging stations. Therefore, they play a crucial role in the transition to electromobility by offering this service.

Business Analyst IT

What to expect:

Collecting and clarifying requirements from many parties.
Stakeholder management and analysis.
Hold requirement-gathering sessions with developers and stakeholders.
Business process modelling using recognised business modelling techniques (such as BPMN, UML).
The key stakeholders and the acceptance criteria are in alignment.
Management and documentation of requirements, epics, and user stories.
Collaborating closely with the product and development teams.
Supporting the agile development process (Scrum)'s planning and implementation of requirements.
Subject-matter expert and point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders' technical questions.

Personal Requirements:

Degree in engineering, business engineering, computer science, or a related field.
1-2 years minimum professional experience in the IT industry.
Several years of professional requirements engineering experience.
Knowledge of business process modelling using UML, BPMN, or a comparable format.
The capacity to organise, control, and resolve complicated issues involving several stakeholders.
Knowledge of Java or a related language for developing software.
Experience with agile approaches in the past is a bonus.
"Hands-on" approach with an emphasis on swift and accurate execution.
Strong communication abilities, an adaptable mentality, and the capacity for both independence and teamwork.
German and English fluency.
