Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

As Product Owner, you will be a member of a team that designs and implements digital innovative solutions, assisting our Account Executives in their daily work
You will drive delivering high-quality software products to our users
You will technically lead the development team building great new features or enhancing existing ones, on time and on budget, and managing the appropriate priorities
You are the key to our “shortest time to market” strategy: Breaking down complex business problems into small enough chunks to deliver fast is your key contribution
You will take ownership of the entire chain on the board. Writing stories, refining them, aligning with design as well as following up on their delivery
As Product Owner you will manage the product roadmap and ensure its alignment with the overall business strategy

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed a master’s degree in computer science or business
You have several years of professional experience as a product owner and technically leading an agile team of software developers for mobile and web applications
You have a comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle and the ability to work closely with the development team to ensure successful product delivery
You have worked with developer tools to keep track of epics, stories, and tasks. As we are employing Azure DevOps any experience with this tool will be a plus

Your attributes and skills:

You demonstrate proficient English language skills both oral and written. Additional languages are a plus.
You have excellent presentation and communication skills when communicating with international colleagues or users.
You require minimal supervision while working in a fast-paced environment.
You are an analytical thinker. Driving innovations in the area of healthcare is one of your passions.
You only function as part of a great team and work best when collaborating
