Then come and join our global team as Senior UX Research Strategist (f/m/d) to shape products and services that really matter. You will keep users at the center of all decisions. You will undertake your activities in an inspiring working environment; for this position, mobile working in Germany is possible within the framework of our company regulations.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be part of our global Technology Center for Design & User Experience, with a direct link to our Chief Technology Officer, and you will contribute to its strategic decisions using UX research methods
Along with your colleagues you will drive forward our vision, with the aim of fully optimizing clinical treatment paths using UX research which is strongly people-oriented
Through self-directed exploratory UX research you will develop new product and service ideas and provide support to further increase levels of satisfaction with our products among medical personnel and patients
As a driver of changes and with your visionary ideas, you will help Siemens Healthineers to establish the procedures for user-centered design at all levels in the company and address our users' unmet requirements
You will shape the global approach to UX research by developing new procedures and providing technical management for other UX experts
You will be convincing at all levels of the company with your target-group oriented communication and will successfully convey UX matters relating to our products
To foster a lively UX research culture you will moderate inspiring ideation and co-creation workshops

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in psychology, human factors or a comparable course of studies
You have many years of professional experience of involving users in the entire development process in a structured manner, ideally in agile development projects
On a number of occasions you have already successfully explored user requirements and the problem/solution space in projects and communicated the results in a multidisciplinary team
Clinical or product knowledge in the healthcare environment is an advantage

Your attributes and skills:

You speak fluent English and have very good communication skills as well as the social skills to work in a multidisciplinary environment at different hierarchical levels
You have a very high awareness of quality for UX and understand the need to ensure this quality together with your team as well.
You are able to motivate others, are proactive and results-oriented and contribute topics independently which you then drive forward.
Furthermore you show customer focus, creativity as well as assertiveness and a sense of humor

Depending on the experience- and qualifications background of the applicant, task enrichment into the area above the general pay scale is possible.
