You will be leading a team of process integration and product engineers responsible for yield, stability, cost and ramp up management of productive power technologies manufactured in the FE site Villach. You will form a managerial interface to production management and R&D groups in the respective business fields as well as to various OP teams across the global supply chain. Sounds interesting? In your new role your core tasks will be:

Leading and managing a diverse team of about 15 engineers
Being responsible for people development and fostering engaged talents
Ensuring the secure supply of competitive FE technologies
Together with your team you will identify and drive measures to improve yield & stability, cost and performance
Support the on-site production in deviation management and fab-performance
Ensuring a professional ramp up management after production release
Organizing the joint development activities together with your R&D partners
Shaping the interfaces to various Infineon partner sites on a global scale
Involved in Transfer and Conversion Management programs
You are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working and have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas. You have a high degree of analytical skills, i.e. you take in information quickly, evaluate it from different points of view, and uncover hidden correlations in it.

A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or in a similar discipline
Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
Profound knowledge in the manufacturing and device functionality of GaN based power devices
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional and -cultural teams
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group J ( https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
