Monitor and support IT operations for "SAP Production Scheduling" with focus on European production sites, together with our third party providers Provide guidance on complex incident and root cause investigations to IT operations team and handle escalations Manage operational change requests and ensure that proposed solutions do not impact system stability / overall template design Participate in I T project tasks as and when needed (i.e. during OneSAP Villach roll-out) Work together with project teams to manage the release of new IT features and hand-over to operations Manage relationships to business stake holders and act as IT contactperson for Infineon Front-End production sites ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: At least 2 - 3 years professional experience in the areas of IT or production planning First experience in working with SAP ERP or S/4 Hana supply chainmodules (SAP PP) Basic SAP technical or programmings skills (SAP ABAP, interface technologies).
