Global Project Manager Tech Transfer (f/m/x)With position-relevant pharmaceutical and/or bio-tech know how YOUR FUTURE ROLEIn collaboration with the international internal and affiliated stakeholders, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of pharmaceutical technology transfer activities of assigned projects with the main goal to ensure a timely and economical implementation within our client's global contract manufacturing & supply network. You will be the sparring partner and report to the Technical Operations Director. You will independently manage the implementation of assigned tech transfer projects including related changes, stock build activities and analytical method transfers. Manage and develop integrated tech transfer project plans including detailed activities, critical path considerations as well as resource and budget planning. Execute the project plans in alignment with the international project sponsors, report deviations from the plan and ensure that corrective measurements are put in place appropriately. Monitor the progress of the projects and provide appropriate communication and reporting to the various stakeholders within and outside the organization. Review the quality of the work completed together with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it always meets the high internal standards. Coordinate, review and authorize technology transfer documentation as appropriate. Manage all cross-functional team members as well as external CMOs and partners for the execution of activities related to the assigned projects. Create and monitor KPIs for the project team to ensure the company's long-term success. You will act as the single point of contact for all technical topics within your assigned projects. JOB REQUIREMENTSAcademic degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent Proficient fluency in English (written and spoken) and intermediate, independent user in German; other languages are an advantage. +10 years' working experience in a pharmaceutical production plant, preferably with sterile products and/or with medical devices (e.g.: pre-filled syringes, vials, ampoules, auto-injectors, etc.) Experience with other pharmaceutical dosage forms like solids (TABs, CAPs, etc.) as well as syrups, creams, ointments, etc. would be a plus. Distinctive Project Management skills in the field of tech transfer implementation (with MS Project) Thorough understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements, process and analytical development, as well as formulation and drug product technologies Working experience with Contract Manufacturing Organisations and cross-functional matrix teams Knowledge in the area of biopharma manufacturing and / or large-scale molecules Willing to travel within Europe up to 40% of working time.
