Develop optimized and distributed systems for handling millions of operations per second
Set up and improve our cloud Kubernetes infrastructure on Azure
Extend and maintain our Admin Panel using Vue.Js
Provide real-time gaming features capable of handling up to 50.000 simultaneous players
Collaborate with frontend teams and ensure successful integration of our services in their mobile platforms
Write unit and integration tests that guarantee successful deployments in production
Take part in technical meetings and bring your knowledge into finding the best solutions for new features
Be involved in the whole development life cycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment, operation)
Work closely with your teammates and take an active role in a small but effective team
Mentor and train other team members
Use the following technologies: .NET 7, Vue.Js, GraphQL via Hasura and websockets via Signalr, Postgres, Cassandra, Redis, RabbitMQ, Open Telemetry, Identity Server...
...via the following tools: Rider or Visual Studio, Docker, Minikube, WSL2, Postman and Lens/K9S.
We have regular team syncs outside of the classic Scrum meetings for collecting input and take decisions
The team engages in comprehensive code reviews as part of our development process
We discuss architectural choices and evaluate them as a team
We promote knowledge sharing as a core aspect of our team culture. We never let anyone behind no matter the starting point
Team members have the flexibility to work on a variety of tasks thanks to our shared knowledge
Pair programming and daily team syncs are integral practices within our team
Unit tests and integration tests are part of our definition of done. They really matter and should always be up to date
For us Agile involves following the Yagni approach. We try to never over engineer solutions but focus on building solid and upgradable architectures

Qualifikationen
Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL preferred)
Familiarity with frontend API requirements (REST, GraphQL, WebSocket)
Understanding of distributed systems challenges
Strong critical thinking and ability to define requirements from various stakeholders
Adherence to agile principles
Fluent in English

Erfahrung
3+ years experience with .NET technologies (.NET 5+ preferred)
Team player with experience in pair programming, team workshops, and teaching others
