In different formats, such as the Glacier Climate Academy and our annual Glacier Climate Week, we make climate action tangible and understandable, enabling companies to create real impact. THE POSITIONCurrently, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) to add firepower to our sales department. Your field of work will focus on outbound sales activities You love corporates, impact and our planet? Then this may be the perfect role for you! YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYou gradually take ownership of day-to-day sales activities, especially being in contact with (potential) leads. You do not fear contacting prospective customers via telephone, e-mail or other outbound channels. You attend trainings to stay up to date with the development of outbound sales strategies and lead generation, as well as lead qualification tools and techniques. You report via our quarterly company goal setting process (OKRs) Occasionally, you may also support others in the sales department to drive our joint success, as well as craft sales presentations. YOUR PROFILEYou have three years of professional experience in sales and business development. Selling is your passion and you like being in touch with new people to convince them to invest in the future of our planet. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or close to completion) in Strategy, Management, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration or a similar field (non mandatory). BDRs, AEs, MQL etc. ring more than a bell for you. And you are absolutely a hunter, not a farmer. :) Optimally, you have dealt with lead generation and qualification in the past. You are an empathic personality with strong communication skills being fluent in both German and English (written & spoken). Your "hands-on" mentality allows you to take responsibility for your own projects, even those that may seem a little outside of your comfort zone. You are equipped with excellent organizational skills having attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and react flexibly to changes.
