Job description
Usersnap is a customer feedback solution that is used by companies like Facebook, Canva, Microsoft worldwide. We are looking for a senior developer to support our growing engineering team. This role is responsible for building a top-class SaaS application.
In this role, you’ll get to

Work on our customer feedback platform that delivers widgets more than 250M times a month.

Take part in implementing and testing the backend for our customer feedback platform.

Work with our tech stack: Python, Postgres, Docker, RabbitMQ and various AWS services.

Have dedicated time for refactoring and paying off technical debt so our codebase maintains a high quality.

Take care of devops tasks like deploying and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

Job requirements
We are looking for people who have

Education in the field of software development (HTL/FH/University) or 1 years+ proven experience in web application development.

Fundamental understanding of web protocols, data modelling, software engineering & server operating systems.

Experience in our specific tech stack – it's not a must, but an advantage.

A keen eye, pay attention to detail and - think one step ahead.

The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (German would be a plus, too.)

The minimum base salary for this position is €2.635,- monthly gross. The actual offer depends on your skillset and experience.
