Your Responsibilities
We make epic collaboration tools… but can you ensure that they’re as flawless on mobile as they are on desktop? As Meister’s Mobile QA Engineer, you will support the iOS and Android versions of MeisterTask, with the scope of your role gradually expanding to include MeisterNote.
Alongside a team of Developers, Product Managers and QAs, you will test builds, explore opportunities for automation, and manage our device fleet. With your contribution, we will lay the foundation for an automated testing system – making our tools even more reliable and our customers even happier.
What Makes You Special
3+ years’ experience. You know your stuff when it comes to testing mobile, web and desktop applications.
Mobile expertise. You’re an avid user of Android/iOS apps, ideally with knowledge of state-of-the-art development tools (Android Studio, Xcode).
Advanced API testing abilities. Familiarity with REST API and GraphQL is a plus.
Debugging proxy tool knowledge. You know how to apply the likes of Charles, Proxyman or other HTTP debugging proxy server applications.
Automated testing skills for mobile. You have experience with mobile technologies like Appium, Espresso or similar.
Proactive mindset. Your curiosity, resourcefulness and ability to work independently help drive us forward.
Team spirit. Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better.
Analytical approach. You know how to prioritize and have a keen eye for detail.
Language skills. You have excellent written and spoken English.
