Your future Role
Be our future Product Owner for our agile Development Team “Native iOS and Android applications”
You attend agile team events, including replenishments, reviews, and retrospectives
You manage internal stakeholder expectations, as well as capturing requirements and feedback from customers
Support our Product Management team with your product and market research skills
You make decisions regarding implementation of the product vision, including continuous management of the Product Backlog
Create user stories, define acceptance criteria and measure KPIs
Support our dev teams with close collaboration and appreciative feedback

Your Skills
You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a product owner or experience in product management, and experience with Scrum and Kanban
You are customer focused and understand the importance of UI, UX, Testing and Quality Assurance
Excellent communication skills in English and German; internally we communicate in English and with the majority of our customers in the DACH region in German
An extraordinary high level of teamwork, organizational skills and work accuracy are essential
Experience with our core tools, Jira and Confluence, is considered beneficial
Our Stack
PHP (Symfony), MySQL, Redis – backend REST API development
JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML and CSS – frontend web development
Swift, Objective-C and Kotlin – native iOS and Android development
Codeception, Jest, Selenium – automated testing
Debian – deployed operating system
Ansible – software provisioning and configuration management
Gitlab, Docker – Continuous Integration and Deployment
PHP, Python, Bash, Go – scripting and automation
Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK stack), Prometheus – Monitoring

We use git, JIRA, Slack and Google Workspace.

We welcome applicants of any gender and origin to become part of the success story of our highly motivated team. Based on the years of relevant professional experience in sales, we offer a minimum salary of € 39.956 gross per annum (ST1, Einstiegsstufe), respectively € 48.370 gross per annum (ST1, Regelstufe) based on a full-time role and on the IT collective agreement. Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
