In this position you will be responsible for planning, driving and controlling of Maintenance & Equipment Engineering best practice implementation improvement projects and activities at the FrontEnd production sites and support in that case the maintenance site manager in all relevant topics. It is possible to work at one of the sites at Villach, Dresden, Regensburg or Kulim.
You will also be a part of the data & performance team inside the cluster maintenance and equipment engineering team (MEE) and support standardization and equipment improvement projects and activities inside the Frontend production.

In your new role you will:

Lead and coordinate subprojects / activities
Plan, coordinate and align trainings across all sites together with the team
Support with ideas for Preventive Maintenance Strategy definition inside the team
Coordinate gap and root cause analysis
Support definition of equipment KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
Implement innovations and new methods as well as support the local organization
Be responsible for the monthly/quarterly reporting of KPI and team status
Develop and deploy new statistical and advanced data analytics platforms
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree from university or university of applied science in industrial engineering, technical / business informatics, analytics, mathematics or a comparable educational background
5+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Analytical and problem-solving skills such as 8D, FMEA, Poka, Yoke, DMAIC , and quality management system
Knowledge of C#, Python , R, PL/SQL, Matlab, Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Windows, UNIX, Tableau
Basic knowledge and experience in project management
Very Good English language skills, German as a plus
