Your mission
woom's Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the design and creation of scalable software, as well as writing clean, functional codes on the front- and back-end. This role will also be involved in code testing, as well as fixing bugs and various coding issues as they arise. You will be part of a talented cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
Overseeing projects from conception to completion, while ensuring both technical and business needs are met.
Facilitate the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis and writing to building and deployment.
Manage technical documentation of development processes, maintain legacy code, and develop reusable code libraries to ensure efficient and effective software development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development teams, analysts, data scientists, and product managers, to conceptualize and develop innovative software solutions.
Design, develop, and architect full-stack websites and applications that deliver seamless user experiences, collaborating closely with the UX/UI team to create visually appealing front-end and mobile friendly designs.
Develop and maintain high-quality websites, applications and user interfaces using a variety of markup languages and effective APIs.
Integrate new applications with existing portfolios to create a cohesive, unified software solution that delivers a seamless user experience.
Conduct testing, maintenance, optimization, debugging, and upgrading of software to ensure optimal responsiveness, efficiency, and functionality post-deployment.
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure proper testing and compliance, including creating and implementing security and data protection settings for software applications.
Continuously stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in web applications and programming languages, to ensure optimal innovation in software development.

Your skills
At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
Expertise in front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries
Proficiency in developing desktop and mobile applications
Skilled in multiple front-end languages and libraries, such as HTML/CSS3, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery, as well as multiple back-end languages, including C#, Java, and Python, and familiar with popular JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, and Node.js.
Experienced in working with databases like MySQL and MongoDB, as well as web servers like Apache, for efficient and reliable web application development.
Familiarity with programming design patterns, server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, CMS solutions (preferably Kentico), and image authoring tools (Photoshop)
Expertise in front-end web technologies such as asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX, and familiarity with UI/UX design and basic prototype design.
Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and proficient in troubleshooting and resolving compatibility issues with attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
Our offer
For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.580,00 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
