We are looking for an energetic, intelligent, and driven Software Engineer to join our fast growing engineering team. You will be working on a new set of cloud products supporting continuous testing and effortless automation for enterprise applications. As lead software engineer, you will drive the technical decision making in your team, solve the hard problems, and bring creative novel ideas into the mix.

Collaborate within and across the teams to design and develop a fit for purpose solutionWork closely with product management & UX to design great experiences for our users and align with business goalsHelp build the next generation of scalable automation software in .NETDesign and implement new scalable cloud servicesReview code of your teammates and actively share your knowledgeContinuously educate yourself on latest technologies.Develop and express clear opinions on how things should be done.Coach less experienced engineers and help them to implement best practicesCollaborate across teams to implement best practices in engineeringRun experiments to figure out the fit of new technologies, approaches, or patterns.Develop/review/implement technical designs for next-gen Tricentis products.As a key player in one of our agile teams, you actively contribute to the development of Tricentis products according to agile principlesYou are responsible for all parts of the software development process: requirements analysis, implementation, test, etc.You work in a self-organizing team in our agile software development process and help shape it to continuously improveYou develop valuable increments for our product according to our vision with the newest technologiesContinuous learning and improvement of your and our way of working is part of your daily businessAs a lead you are acting as a role model for your team and guide less experienced members of your teamYou have an eye on all non-functional aspects of development (security, performance, scalability, reusability) and do the reviews for critical implementationsWhen user stories are planned, you make sure that an implementation plan is created, and you challenge user stories on a technical level.You are skilled in communicating and can argue your ideas and views
Qualifications
Technical education and solid technical knowledge (e.g. HTL, university degree, etc.)6+ years of profound software development experience in C#, or a comparable object-oriented programming languageAt least 2 years of experience as a senior or lead developerYou are able to plan larger implementations and can integrate your solutions in an existing code base.You have experience with Identity an Access Management (IAM)Knowledge in Azure and Azure DevOps is a plusAngular, HTML, CSS are much more than just buzzwords for youYou are motivated by achieving innovative results and approach your tasks in a solution-oriented mannerYou know when to apply design patterns and strive for high quality, maintainable and clean code
