We are excited to invite applications for the Brand Manager Sanex in the Sanex Brand team. The position is part of the Europe Division Brand Team and the role is in direct report to the Brand Director Sanex.
The job will be located in Basel.
How will you contribute to this role?:
The role will support the development at European level of digital and product innovation plans across the Sanex portfolio. Specifically key areas of focus will be:
Develop key product Innovation, focusing on H1/H2 initiatives, leveraging new capabilities such as agile teams, design thinking, consumer co-creation, on-line acceleration center
Grow the core business of Sanex: help Hubs identifying short term growth opportunities & simplification across the portfolio
Participate in IMC development for all touch-points with particular focus on digital (Search strategy, new Website, IG and YT, eCommerce)
Support the Go-To-Market process with marketing departments of European HUBs : coordinate new bundle development with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain and Packaging cross-functional teams
What are the required skills and competencies?:
English fluency is mandated (CV to be sent in English only)
Drive for results and leadership skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Creative thinking
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Managing ambiguity
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
Seeking an international career path, mobile, open to experiences in different markets and environments.
What are the required qualifications?:
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years (no more than 4-5 in total) of relevant marketing experience supporting the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies, new products and innovation, business plans; background in a multinational company including a specific experience on innovation would be preferable. Experience in FMCG would be also preferable.
