As we continue to grow and innovate, we‘re seeking a dynamic UI/UX Designer to join our team in KLAGENFURT or GÖTZIS or fully remote.

Your Tasks:

Creation of intuitive, innovative, and engaging interaction and visual designs for Skiline.cc and its native iOS and Android apps
Collaborative cooperation with cross-functional teams to create innovative UX designs for new and existing attractions, ensuring a seamless user experience
Creation and presentation of wireframes, mockups, screen designs and design concepts
Understanding of our users’ behavior, translating any findings into design improvements
Maintenance of a design system for Skiline together with our wide range of of other products
Quality assurance and acceptance of UI/UX designs in an effective development process
Continuous learning about advancements in UX design and interactive technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement

Your Skills:

Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the tech industry or for a large online community
You are familiar with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and others
Experience in designing native iOS and Android applications
You have an understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as animation design
Preferably, you have also already gained experience in user research, usability tests and design thinking methods
Excellent communication skills in English and German – you should be able to clearly articulate design decisions internally and to customers
Passionate skier with a deep understanding of the skiing user journey and the requirements of day skiers and vacation skiers for digital tools
Problem solver with a passion for all things UX and other areas of design and innovation

For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 3.100,- per month (full time – 38.5h/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience!
