MAKE YOUR MARKHR Generalist (f/m/d)How You'll Make Your MarkIn this position, you'll… Be the HR "allrounder" within the Buying department and serve as first-level support for your team members in all HR-related questions Bring our recruiting activities to the next level (application management, in-house marketing for open positions, e.g. organising virtual HR roadshows, etc.) Drive and continuously improve our onboarding program to ease the start for internal and external new joiners within our team Develop and implement various HR concepts for our Domain team (expat support, buddy concept, mentoring guidelines, performance and development measures, etc.) Identify training needs for our existing team members and take responsibility for the organisation of respective measures (together with internal and external trainers) Take ownership of our Domain HR reporting, incl. preparing monthly updates for upper management Take the lead on organising social activities and team events (Christmas party, team building event, Spring Get2Gether, etc.) Collaborate with HR representatives from other business units within Aldi Süd Holding (ASH) to support the conceptualisation and implementation of ASH-wide concepts, projects, and events Support your team members in diverse global training, communication and change projects for our Buying teams and suppliers around the globe in close collaboration with our NBC (National Business Coordination) teams Create and edit various presentations and communication formats (PowerPoint presentations, videos, newsletters, news page articles, MS Teams channel posts, etc.) Candidate ProfileThe requirements for the role are… University degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business, marketing, communication or project management Professional experience in HR topics, e.g. HR business partner, personnel management, among others Experienced with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint. Knowledge of PowerPoint add-on "Efficient Elements" is considered a plus Experience in video creation (concept, shooting, cutting).
