Then come and join our global team as IT Security Endpoint Protection Expert (f/m/d) to drive, coordinate, and plan the Cybersecurity Endpoint Protection strategy, concepts, support, and roadmaps.
This position can be filled in Germany, Spain, or Hungary.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You drive the end-to-end responsibility, innovation and continuous improvement of the security tools aligned with the overall Healthineers’ security model, implement new features, and administer in the day-to-day business
You manage tailored security configurations, perform troubleshooting, and support end users on the security solutions
You review existing security capabilities, changes in the digital business, and threat landscape
You monitor performance, availability, capacity, and coverage of the security tools within your responsibility
You will be part of a global team focusing on the protection of IT and OT assets in general (endpoints, infrastructure, network, applications, cloud environments, Microsoft 365, and data) distributed all over the world
You will work closely with stakeholders across Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Organization to ensure that implementation and operations are aligned with security standards and best practices

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a master’s degree in IT, cybersecurity or comparable; completed relevant endpoint related certifications such as EPP/EDR/AV are desirable
You have several years of experience in IT Security or related functional areas
We also welcome applicants with a bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training and further education in combination with additional professional experience in this field
You have profound practical experience on technologies such as EPP/EDR/AV technologies, Endpoint protection solutions, Microsoft 365 security tools
You have advanced skills in developing scripts (e.g., PowerShell)

You are a person who understands the business needs as well as the technical risks, and proposes risk-oriented approaches, translating technical information to business language
You enjoy engaging with different teams and facilitating discussions to find solutions that meet stakeholder’s expectations
You are a quick learner and have the aptitude to get into new technologies and architectures
You have advanced English and clear and concise communication skills that enable you to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise
