At Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft - RSA FG we work to bring innovations in the field of digital intelligence from Austria's universities to the market. The Research Studio Smart Digital Industries & Services (SDIS) works on Cyber Physical Systems Engineering with a strong focus on IoT. For our applied research work we look for a: Internship - (f/m/d) 4 - 8 Weeks, Vienna Metropolitan AreaYour tasks:You will develop applications in the intersection of the Internet of Things, Cloud and Edge technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in a Smart Farming context. You will conduct applied research together with us and our partners from industry, economy, and academia. Your skills:You are studying in a related field such as computer sciences, IoT, smart farming, or data science Your passion for software & systems engineering encompasses writing good code, finding the right architecture, satisfying the users of your product and following an adequate process. You have first experience in one of the following technologies/fields and/or are eager to learn new skills as needed: Python, Node.js, Java DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab CI) IoT Systems Engineering You are capable of thinking critically, arguing rationally and of making and respecting team decisions. You have good communication skills in English and German and are happy to further develop these skills in a research context. Nice to Have:You share our enthusiasm for farming of the future. You are interested in contributing to scientific publications.
