Full-time BI Marketing Project ManagerFuschl, Austria Apply now To facilitate continued growth, we are expanding the Business Intelligence/Analytics area in our IT Marketing Applications Team and looking for an ambitious Project Manager. This area runs reporting, planning and self-service analytics projects in the marketing context. In this role, you'll lead challenging projects and act as the point of contact for the marketing business departments, manage relationships with stakeholders, coordinate a team of external consultants, and take responsibility for the IT project budget. Working with the latest technologies like BW4HANA, S/4 HANA, and SAP Data Intelligence, the latest BI front-end tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud are a part of your job. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:PROJECT MANAGEMENTManage service implementations and rollouts to Red Bull subsidiaries. Coordinate and manage scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners. Lead and deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Work closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architectures and business partners. Stakeholder, Risk and test management. SOLUTION DESIGN & REQUIREMENT ENGINEERINGWork closely with Marketing teams, understand their business process, gather and challenge their requirements and translate them into technical concepts. Create solutions based on best-in-class technologies that fit to purpose. Drive solutions to the company`s benefit in alignment to the global IT strategy. HQ AND MARKET BUSINESS PARTNERINGDevelop and manage relationships. Drive projects with HQ Marketing department and subsidiaries. Ensure compliance with company data integration, Marketing controlling, Data Quality departments and standards. SERVICE OWNERSHIPBe responsible for certain services and their entire service lifecycles. ExperienceYour areas of knowledge and expertiseThat matter most for this role:At least 4 years of professional experience in the Business Intelligence area, preferably within FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment. University degree in Computer Science/ Business Administration or equal practical experience Knowledge of SAP BW/BI/ BW4HANA is essential, as well as an interest for Marketing processes, data sets and reporting. Experience in managing projects, delivery and roll-out of applications. Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions. Collaborative and proactive mindset, agility, adaptability to changing circumstances. Self-motivated team player, good communication skills, performance and results-oriented. Very good English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, German is an advantage.
