In your new job, you will: Actively contribute to the product innovation process with concepts, demonstrators and technical evaluation Collaborate with concept, product definition, layout-, lab-, test- and quality engineers in development projects to shape novel multichip products for business success Design and dimension the power transistor chip taking into consideration its interaction with the gate driver IC chip and the interaction of both chips Ensure the testability by design of the new products and define their electrical verification from wafer level to final product, evaluate the results and discuss within an expert community. Support the qualification, failure analysis and troubleshooting activities through interpretation of electrical and physical analysis (e.g. SEM, X-ray, EMMI) results.
