Your role at Dynatrace As a team lead, you act proactively to ensure smooth and effective teamwork. You are jointly responsible for the individual development of your colleagues, setting up team building events, encouraging knowledge sharing and leading by example. You will be the main contact point of the team for overarching organizational matters, hiring efforts and strategic alignment with the product roadmap Being part of the team, you will still actively participate in the development of high-quality software.
