Your mission
As Technical Director of Frontend Development, you dive into exciting and innovative projects for top-tier companies in the automotive sector. As a member of Accenture Song, you are in charge of managing a talented team of developers and guiding and empowering them to produce outstanding digital products. You actively participate in every phase of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on product transformation to provide flawless solutions that genuinely wow our clients.

Your daily work

Deliver cutting-edge front-end solutions. You spearhead the development of high-tech digital products for the automotive industry, managing the software lifecycle and ensuring top-notch quality.
Lead your team to success. With the customer at the heart of every decision, you hire, manage, and mentor a talented group of developers who deliver outstanding results.

Provide technical guidance. As a tech-savvy central figure in our Berlin-based team, you make informed decisions that steer the development process. Your insights identify the best solutions for our clients and steer the course of company growth.

Who you are

You have a minimum of six years of experience as a team lead or specialist manager.
You are passionate about leading a team of developers to success.
Ideally, you have prior experience working on open-source projects.
You are familiar with modern development methodologies, web technology stacks, and cloud-native development approaches.
