What you’ll do
As a Development Engineer (f/m/d) in Test (SDET) in the SAP Business Network team, you will be an active member of our full-functional scrum team running the EU Network of the SAP Business Network.
You will be responsible for deployment of our applications to the EU Network, running the qualification of each release cycle and monitoring of the network health. Testing, and quality assurance using the newest cloud technologies and agile practices will be part of your job responsibility. You will have the chance to bring in new ideas on our way to a streamlined deployment and delivery process. As a developer in our team, you will analyze and resolve issues in real business scenarios for the SAP Business Network for Procurement Solution, collaborating with colleagues and customers from different industries around the globe and help our customers to run their key business processes better.

The software stacks or primary technology areas are Java, REST, Micro services, Angular, Spring and Spring Boot.
What you bring

University degree in computer science or engineering
Working experience: at least 3+ years in development
Strong programming skill in Java (Spring/ Spring Boot)
Strong analytical and communication skills in German and English
Familiarity with software design methodologies and lean & agile concepts
Deep Knowledge in test automation framework, such as Selenium, Protractor
CI/CD and Jenkins knowledge is a plus
Know-how in supply chain management and procurement is an advantage
Knowledge of Cassandra, Redis, Kafka and Splunk is a plus
