We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CMS/Frontend Product Owner to lead the practice of our content management systems (CMS) and on-site Search project streams for our Digital Experience platform(s). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CMS and on-site Search product roadmap, prioritizing features/user stories in the backlog, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of our internal customers.
Develop and maintain the CMS and on-site Search product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and improvements
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and new feature development
Collaborate with users, designers, UI/UX specialists and developers to ensure that the CMS and on-site Search is optimized for user experience and functionality
Assess existing process landscapes, roles and rights and define the future concept of harmonized backend structure
Communicate product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders
Manage CMS vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed
Cut-over and phase-out planning of existing CMS systems
Ihr Profil

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field
3-4 years of experience in product management or comparable role, with a focus on CMS development and implementation
Strong understanding of CMS architecture and development, as well as web development and user experience design principles
Experience with CMS platforms (wagtail, storyblok, contentful, typo3 or similar)
Firm understanding of SEO requirements to be reflected in the product roadmap and content development
Well experienced in UX/UI
Experienced working in an Agile development environment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, beneficial to have experience in the area of Scaled Agile SAFe
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze usage data and customer feedback to make data-driven product decisions, beneficial to have a firm understanding of Design Thinking, User Centricity and Voice of Customer (VoC) methodologies
English is a must, other languages e.g., German is beneficial but not mandatory
You are well versed with collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Mural and other
