In this role you are responsible for a team of lab engineers supporting the Technical Marketing with measurements for development projects and customer topics. Lab maintenance, expansion and optimization, e.g. through automatization will be performed together with the team.

In your new job you will:

Lead and manage a team of six lab engineers
Cooperatively assign measurement requests to lab technicians
Identify improvements and lead their execution
Develop your team
Manage the invest, maintenance, calibration for the lab together with the team
Support technical marketing with measurements

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
At least five years of working experience including hands-on experience with measurement equipment
Proven your leadership skills , enjoy working with people and to support your reports in their growth
Are fluent in English and German

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
