In the Sales Application Services department in Graz, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d).
Your Tasks

Guiding global team of developers – supervision, onboarding, personal technical growth, goal setting, manage team workload
Design and development of web applications based on the Oracle Database Stack (PL/SQL, APEX) and latest UX trends
Support the Service Owner regarding technical questions
Quality Assurance of your products and integrations in close collaboration with our QA Team
Creation of technical concepts based on user requirements
Ensure code quality, appropriate software design and user experience (UX)
Evaluation of new software, tools, and methods
Drive technical topics independently
Ensure security standards for new developments
Requirement management and maintenance of product backlog and product vision

Your Profile

Technical education (HTL, university or similar)
At least 3 to 5 years professional experience as software architect
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
Solid experience in the field of web frontend / database development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX)
Sound knowledge of web browser, internet- and database technologies
Experience with agile software development practices beneficial
Structured way of work and good ability to abstract
Target-oriented, self-dependent and proactive way of work
Creative problem solving abilities
Very high level of English and excellent communication skills

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.080,13 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
