In the Power and Sensor Systems (PSS) Division in Villach we develop world leading power semiconductor technologies for efficient and high-density power conversion solutions. Seize the chance to join our PSS technical marketing team where you will define our next generations of power transistors. In your new job you will:

Define leading edge power MOSFETs addressing both application and market needs by combining your experience and inputs from various other functions
Work collaboratively to define technology value proposition on system level, match technology to application and support the product line in strategic decisions and roadmap generation
Gather system knowledge in motor drives, telecom and other SMPS applications and use it to define the optimal value proposition for our new products
Lead technical discussions with multiple functions in the organization (R&D, Quality Management, Product Marketing, etc.) on site and world wide
Drive verification and evaluation of engineering devices during the development projects with the help of our internal lab team and providing guidance to R&D as a member of the development project
Apply the knowledge gathered during the development phase in supporting device specific customer requests

You bring an analytical mindset and enjoy developing your knowledge and skills. You actively drive your tasks with engagement and passion and are capable to resolve technical issues until completion.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
Ideally experience in the electronics industry
Good understanding of Power MOSFETs and their useage
Motor drives or switched-mode power supply (SMPS) knowledge is advantageous
Fluency in English language

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
