In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analyses and visually presenting complex issues in the area of web or app. You already have some experience in the areas of web, app or data analytics, you enjoy working in an interface function and are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated environment? THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

conceptualisation, creation and ongoing support of regular reports for our digital touchpoints, services & products
contribute to the further development of our digital analytics framework
collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategies to improve the user experience and performance of our wide range of digital services
conduct A/B testing to optimise website and app performance
research & analyse new tools for our analytics landscape and assist in the selection and implementation process
coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and our technical implementation partners (especially in the area of tracking and tag management)

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

completed business or technical education (preferably university degree)
specialisation in the area of digital business, reporting or BI is advantageous
professional experience in the areas of web, app or data analytics
experience in using Google Analytics or other common web or app analysis tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Matomo, etc.)
experience with Microsoft Excel and common BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
basic knowledge of database systems and ETL processes as well as HTML, CSS and JavaScript are advantageous
analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and ability to develop individual solutions
very good communication, presentation and cooperation skills
very good written and spoken German and English skills
