Our Trace Processing team seeks reinforcement. We are developing a high-performance, high-throughput backend pipeline that analyzes data streams of third-party products.

Your role at Dynatrace

As a team lead, you act proactively to ensure smooth and effective teamwork.
You are jointly responsible for the individual development of your colleagues, setting up team building events, encouraging knowledge sharing and leading by example.
You will be the main contact point of the team for overarching organizational matters, hiring efforts and strategic alignment with the product roadmap
Being part of the team, you will still actively participate in the development of high-quality software.

Qualifications

Experienced (Senior) Software Engineer with drive and clear goals

Several years of professional experience with Java, optimally with a performance focus
Hands-on team player with leadership experience
Communicative personality with end-to-end thinking who is enthusiastic about development
Passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring your knowledge

Compensation and rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
