Usersnap is a customer feedback solution that is used by companies like Facebook, Canva, Microsoft worldwide. We are looking for a senior developer to support our growing engineering team. This role is responsible for building a top-class SaaS application. Duration: 2-6 months In this role, you’ll get to
Work on our customer feedback platform that delivers widgets more than 250M times a month.
Take part in implementing and testing the backend for our customer feedback platform.
Work with our tech stack: Python, Postgres, Docker, RabbitMQ and various AWS services.
Have dedicated time for refactoring and paying off technical debt so our codebase maintains a high quality.
Take care of devops tasks like deploying and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for people who have
Currently enrolled in Computer Science / Business Informatics studies or an equivalent field at an Austrian university/FH.
Some experience with backend development or devops work
High motivation & curiosity level
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English. (German would be a plus, too.)
