Job Description
Are you passionate about React, TypeScript, and front end? Do you like helping developers reach their full potential? Then we’d love to hear from you!
With the recent release of the Dynatrace AppEngine and Dynatrace Apps, we’ve introduced a vast range of possibilities for unleashing the power of our customer’s data by creating custom, compliant, and intelligent data-driven apps. And, you guessed it – Dynatrace Apps are written in React and TypeScript.
You’ll be part of a team of international developer relations professionals anchored in the Dynatrace Platform. Together we proactively promote, onboard, coordinate, and enable developers to understand, adopt, and contribute to the Dynatrace platform.
As part of our drive to leverage the power of Dynatrace Apps also internally, we need your help upskilling our own Dynatrace developers globally, advocating for established best practices and ensuring consistent code quality across our development teams.

What you’ll do

Conduct remote and in-person workshops and training sessions on the topic of React, TypeScript and Dynatrace AppEngine.
Review pull requests across multiple development teams, to help ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collect and relay developer feedback on our tooling and resources.

Help us create varied educational content, from blog posts and tutorials, to course material and documentation.
Stay up to date on React trends and best practices.
Create demos and sample codebases to showcase Dynatrace Apps.
Be part of a community of training peers (varying degrees of training focus) across R&D.

Qualifications

Approachable and empathetic personality.
Strong communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of React and software development best practices, including code review processes, linting, and testing methodologies.
Experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or mentorship programs.
5+ years of experience as a front end developer, and bonus if you also know Java or .NET.

Experience with UI unit testing (for example TestCafé).
Hands-on knowledge of concepts such as semantic HTML, accessibility, and CSS methodologies.

Compensation and rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
