As part of our internal IT and Systems Operation team, you are primarily tasked with the automation of our standard processes in the field of Request Fulfillment. You are responsible for the automation across different systems and manage the implementation and conception of the workflows. Together with your colleagues you will be collaborating in exciting projects throughout the IT group.

Your Tasks

Create and maintain end-to-end/self-service workflows and automation scripts
Continues improvement of performance and sustainability of our automation processes
Administration and operation of automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible and Terraforms
Supporting the IT Operations Team: Collaboration in Projects, Automation- and Scripting Tasks, Windows Server 2nd line
Testing and Documentation

Your Profile

Completed technical education in the field of IT or comparable
Quality and Security orientated working style
Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell and JavaScript
Expertise with Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform and Packer is beneficial
Hands-on experience with Windows- and Linux Server environments
Ideally knowledge in working with cloud solutions like Azure and AWS
Very good command of English language

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 45,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
