Your new role at a glance:

Take ownership of analog and mixed-signal design for automotive power applications , such as Battery Management Systems and Power Management ICs
Define requirements and conceptualize analog and mixed-signal modules , ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Provide guidance and expertise during the layout process to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability
Perform thorough verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits , employing rigorous testing methodologies and simulation techniques
Provide technical leadership to a team of talented designers, providing technical direction , mentorship , and support to foster innovation and achieve project objectives

As an experienced engineer in the
semiconductor field , you thrive on staying updated with the
latest technologies . Your
collaborative nature enables you to think and work effectively in teams. With a
positive mindset , you inspire and motivate others around you. Your outstanding skills in
negotiation and
communication empower you to drive projects successfully and make prompt decisions.

Who you are

A dedicated Design Devotee with:

A university degree with focus on Electronics or a similar field of studies
Proven track of 5+ years of experience in analog and mixed signal circuit design
An understanding of frontend silicon power technologies (BCD)
Knowledge of Cadence development tools
Awareness of ESD and Latchup proof design techniques
Team player attitude
The ability to give and receive candid feedback
A highly motivated and self-driven working style
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
The ability to work with challenging project timelines
Fluency in English . German skills are a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
