Plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments for new technologies (including DoE´s)
Take responsibility for the definition of required unit processes for the technologies including process stability assessments
Proactively collaborate with R&D partners in all divisions, frontend & backend, unit process development, integration.
Take responsibility for the entire process chain (process of records) from the bare substrate until the diced and measured dye
Develop and characterize new process control structures and test structures for electrical measurements to ensure a stable production
Coordinate physical/chemical/electrical analyses to gain a deeper understanding of pot. failure modes within the technology
Take responsibility for a high voltage electrical characterization lab to support our development department

Who you are

A dynamic Development Devotee with:

A Master´s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
Several years of working experience in semiconductor industry (ideally R&D background, Si and SiC expertise preferred)
A solid technical background and expertise on semiconductor technologies , frontend or backend processing and integration
Practical experience in performing electrical measurements with power device analyzer/curve tracer and wafer probe stations
Good programming skills (LabView, Python, etc.) as a plus
Project management experience as a plus
Fluent English skills and German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H-I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
