You will be leading an international technology development project team from concept to manufacturing release and set direction of advanced GaN power HEMT processes. Seize the opportunity for a change and truly work at the pulse of technology!

In your new job you will:

Lead an international technology development project team from concept to manufacturing release
Set direction in realization of advanced GaN power HEMT processes
Plan and execute development tasks according to Infineon's technology development cook book
Elaborate and implement advanced process and technology concepts
Generate intellectual property
Own process of record from GaN epitaxy to chip singulation and corresponding alignments with fab operations to ensure manufacturability
Coordinate unit process development, elaborate on in-line metrology and electrical parameter test concepts

You drive your tasks with engagement, passion and pro-activeness. You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns, awarding them a high priority and are capable to resolve technical issues until completion. You are open-minded, like to explore new paths and derive innovative new solutions. As a team player, you communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish successful cooperation also over different sites.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree (master’s or above) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor development, process integration, or production (Si, SIC, or GaN)
Minimum of 4 years of project management experience
IPMA C certification or willingness to become certified within 1 year
Experience in decision making and problem solving techniques
Previous experience with GaN HEMT devices as a plus
Knowledge in high-volume manufacturability , reliability and quality assessment
Excellent English language skills as a must, fluency in German as an advantage
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
